Any plz gimme a recipe for AN EASY TO MAKE chocolate cake using either the whisking or rubbing in method?

Ingredients:


(makes 9 big muffins)





270g self-rising flour


30g Milo


1 teaspoon baking powder


55g butter


80g sugar


150g milk or semisweet chocolate chips


2 eggs, lightly beaten


225ml milk


1 teaspoon vanilla extract





Method:





1. Preheat oven to 200 deg C. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper muffin cups.





2. Mix the flour, Milo and baking powder in a large bowl.





3. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles bread crumbs.





4. Stir in sugar and chocolate chips.





5. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture all at once into the dry ingredients. Mix quickly until just blended. Do not over mix.





6. Spoon batter evenly into the prepared muffin pan and bake for 20mins or until golden brown, and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake





During the baking a cake layer forms on top and a rich chocolate sauce appears on bottom. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whip cream.





1 cup Bisquick or biscuit/pancake mix


1 cup sugar


3 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder


1/2 cup milk


1 tsp vanilla


1 2/3 cup hot water


Powdered sugar (optional)





Mix bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tbs cocoa in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on water. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 40 minutes or until top is firm. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve at once in bowl with sauce spooned over cake. Make 6 servings.
