Anyone have a recipe for a tiered cannoli wedding cake?

I'm making a cake for my cousin's wedding, 250 guests. They want a cannoli cake- looking for a recipe that I can use on a tiered cake. Having trouble finding one. Thanks!Anyone have a recipe for a tiered cannoli wedding cake?
Here's one... you'd obviously have to multiply the recipe by about 16 but it is for a layered cake. I think it will be important to keep it refrigerated so good luck working that out! :)

If that doesn't help, try searching for a cassata cake recipe. That's basically what a cannoli filling filled cake is but I think it may have some candied fruits in it.Anyone have a recipe for a tiered cannoli wedding cake?
go to cakecentral.com. Then look for cannoli filling recipe. It is pretty simple. Just make a simple yellow cake recipe, maybe with a touch of a liquor, say annisette or Grand Marnier. You can add your own changes to the basic receipe like dried fruit pectin, chocolate chips. It is a very popular filling in our Italian culture and has been used at many weddings I have attended. For the outside of the cake, you should use a butter cream frosting, as it will hold up better than just whipped cream. Do a search for that. Try food.com. Also try marthastewart.com for her receipes of wedding cakes, and then use your cannoli filling.
