Sloppy Pineapple Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 can crushed pineapple (15 - 20 oz)
2 eggs, beaten

Icing ingredients
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Coat a 9 x 13'; pan with non-stick spray. In the pan, combine all ingredients for cake in the order given and mix till all are incorporated. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until top is golden brown and fork inserted in the middle comes out clean. Pierce cake all over with a fork. For icing; combine all ingredients in a 1 - 2 quart saucepan. Stir occasionally until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir constantly as you boil for 5 minutes only. Pour icing over cake while cake is still hot.
