Looking for a great banana frosting recipe....want it to go with a chocolate cake.. thanks?

Banana Frosting

1 large very ripe banana, mashed


1/2 teaspoon lemon juice


1/4 cup butter, softened


3-3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted





Mix the banana and lemon juice together.


Cream the butter with 1 cup of the powdered sugar; then add the banana and enough remaining sugar to make the mixture thick and spreadable.Looking for a great banana frosting recipe....want it to go with a chocolate cake.. thanks?
Banana Icing recipe


Bananas


2 cups confectioners sugar


1/8 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon lemon juice


1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract





Put soft bananas through a ricer until you have 1/2 cup banana pulp. Sift sugar and stir into the pulp until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients. Add more confectioners sugar, if neededLooking for a great banana frosting recipe....want it to go with a chocolate cake.. thanks?
Banana Frosting





1 med Banana, mashed


1 tsp Lemon juice


4 cup Powdered Sugar


3 tbl Butter or margarine, softened


1 tsp Vanilla


2 tsp Water





Method :


In bowl mash banana with lemon juice, cream in butter. Add vanilla. Beat in 3 cups of powdered sugar, adding a little water if seems to thick or add more powdered sugar if seems to thin.
That sounds SO good! Yum.
