Here are the recipes called Ugly Duckling Cake and Ugly Duckling Frosting





UGLY DUCKLING CAKE:





Ingredient:


1 box yellow cake mix


1 can (17 ounces) Fruit cocktail with syrup


1 cup coconut


2 Eggs





Methods:


Blend above ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-in cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes











UGLY DUCKING FROSTING





Ingredient:


1 cup brown sugar


1/4 cup evaporated milk


1 stick margarine


1 cup coconut





Methods:


In sauce pan, combine brown sugar, milk, and margarine. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in coconut and spread over cake.
