1 box yellow cake mix


1 box instant vanilla pudding, large


3 egg whites


1 3/4 cup water


1 box creamy vanilla frosting


In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except frosting. Mix 1 minute on low, 2 minutes on medium. Pour into greased 13x9 in. by 1 in. deep, baking pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Done when toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack and frost. Yield: 16 servings
