Anyone have a good recipe for a moist CNY Fatt Koh (steam chinese new year prosperity cake)?

You are talking about the stodgy cake with 7 layers of sweet jelly. My nan makes it occassionally for CNY but it takes ages!!! Just buy it from a Chinese Supermarket if I was you, save yourself the hassle.
