For the Toffee Mousse: I make this mousse in a blender all though its not a traditional ';mousse'; it works well with this cake!

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

3/4 cup heavy or whipping cream

1/2 cup English toffee bits for baking

In a saucepan sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and when its softend bring to a boil until the gelatin is disolved

Pour the hot mixture into a blender add the toffee bits and cream and 3 ice cubes Blend until smooth.
