Recipe/ Harvey wall banger cake?

Harvey Wallbanger Cake





INGREDIENTS


1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix


1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix


4 eggs


1/2 cup vegetable oil


5 fluid ounces Galliano liqueur


2 fluid ounces vodka


1/2 cup orange juice


1 cup confectioners' sugar


DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 10 inch tube pan.


Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl. Blend in eggs, vegetable oil, 4 ounces Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 4 ounces orange juice. Mix batter until smooth and thick and pour into prepared pan.


Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack. Spoon glaze over cake while it is still warm.


To Make Glaze: Combine the remaining 1 ounce Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 1ounce orange juice with the confectioner's sugar and blend until smooth. Spoon glaze over warm cake.Recipe/ Harvey wall banger cake?
HARVEY WALL BANGER CAKE


1 (2 layer size) pkg. orange cake mix


1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix


4 eggs


1/2 c. orange juice


2 tbsp. vodka


1/2 c. cooking oil


1/2 c. Galliano


Mix cake mix and pudding mix; add rest of ingredients. Beat on low speed of mixer for 1/2 minute. Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to rack and pour on glaze while cake is still warm.


GLAZE:


1 c. sifted powdered sugar


1 tsp. vodka


1 tbsp. orange juice

Mix first 3 ingredients, add eggs, and remaining 3 ingredients. Bake at 350


degrees for 40 to 45 minutes in a bundt cake pan. For GLAZE: Combine orange


juice and sugar in sauce pan and heat stirring constantly until sugar is


dissolved. Remove from heat and add vodka and Galliano. Remove cake from


pan to serving plate. Prick top and sides and cover with glaze.
