Cakes and cupcakes





There are several mixes out that make good cakes and cupcakes. Betty Crocker just entered the market and then Pamelas in the gluten free section has some too. They are pretty good. You can also look up flourless chocolate cakes. These are some of the best cakes you can make with or without gluten.





Biscuits





This is a different story. The mixes don't come out right in my opinion. I have just about mastered an acceptable biscuit but have to try a few more times to get consistency in the final product.

Take any cooking books choose any receipy, cook it, but just take away the products that contains gluten.
