Raw cake batter recipe?

I'd like a recipe that's safe (no eggs or eggs can be taken out) for cake batter. I'm having a craving and would like the recipe for one serving of it so none will be left. Does anyone have a good recipe?? Or perhaps a dough or some other batter recipe?Raw cake batter recipe?
Mayonnaise Cake





2 c flour


1 c sugar


1 1/2 t soda


1 c mayonnaise


4 T cocoa


1 t vanilla


3/4 c hot water





Mix mayonnaise and sugar. Put soda in cocoa and mix with hot water and mix. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees (unless you just eat the batter)
