ur not going to make anything without flour or shortening homie lolol
My favorite website is allrecipes.com because you can do a ingredient search and type the ingredients you want and it will list the recipes for you! And people write reviews about the recipe/

GOOD LICK!!
uhh well.. you kinda need flour. lol. BUT, you can save those ingredients and buy cake mix. some of them you'll need eggs, water, and maybe oil. :]
The BROWNIES have flour.. do you have flour? but the FUDGE doesn't.

Deep Dish Brownies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted

1-1/2 cups sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 eggs

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup Cocoa

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350掳F. Grease 8-inch square baking pan.

2. Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. About 16 brownies.

RICH COCOA FUDGE

Ingredients:

3 cups sugar

2/3 cup Cocoa or

1/8 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 cups milk

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Line 8-or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Butter foil.

2. Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in heavy 4-quart saucepan; stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full rolling boil. Boil, without stirring, until mixture reaches 234掳F on candy thermometer or until small amount of mixture dropped into very cold water, forms a soft ball which flattens when removed from water. (Bulb of candy thermometer should not rest on bottom of saucepan.)

3. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. DO NOT STIR. Cool at room temperature to 110掳F (lukewarm). Beat with wooden spoon until fudge thickens and just begins to lose some of its gloss. Quickly spread into prepared pan; cool completely. Cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature. About 36 pieces or 1-3/4 pounds.
