I'm reeeealy craving Butterfingers right now. I haven't had one in years, but I'm pregnant and the craving is strong. I'm obviously not going to eat one, though, so can anyone reccommend a good vegan recipe for a butterfinger candy bar or butterfinger cake or some sort of butterfinger dessert? Haha, the candybar recipe would be preferred, and hopefully no ingredients that are very expensive :)

chick o sticks dipped into chocolate as aforementioned (you can just buy any semi-sweet bakers chocolate, melt it in a double boiler, and dip the chick o sticks in melted chocolate, let cool on wax paper)
take the vegan ';butterfingers'; and crush onto vegan brownies for some delicious ';butterfinger'; brownies!
i usually make brownies from a box (some dark chocolate mixes from duncan hines and betty crocker are vegan) and then substitute 1/4 cup silken tofu for the eggs. or you could use your favorite vegan brownie recipe from online or wherever.
this recipe won my brother the bake-off prize for his boyscout troop. they are sure to satisfy! just make sure your silken tofu is fresh or else the brownies can get kind of soupy...but if this happens, the soupy brownies are delicious heated up and poured on top of soy vanilla icecream!
my favorite... dipping chick-o-sticks into chocolate...
yummy.
I buy my chick-o-sticks at a local candy shop, but I'm not sure where else you can get them. They are really cheap though, so no worries.
