Had this last evening during our Restaurant Week dinner and it was absolutely delicious. Moist chocolate cake with a layer of black cherry gelatin replete with whole black cherries...topped with vanilla and chocolate creme anglaise and a scoop of homemade Bing cherry ice cream...what a way to end a great dinner!Need the recipe for Double Chocolate Black Forest Cake from Gertrude's Restaurant in Baltimore MD
